Studio Policies

All students are required to be on auto pay. We bill on a monthly basis (1st of every month). Monthly fees are non-refundable and lessons cannot be rolled-over month to month. Aside from your first month, membership fees cannot be pro-rated.

Lessons are held 50 out of 52 weeks of the year. No lessons are held for the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Lesson reschedules or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance on your Teacher Zone account in order to receive a make-up. Make-up lessons are subject to teacher availability. Make-up credits expire 90 days after the lesson which was missed. We do not grant refunds for missed lessons or cancelations, nor do we credit towards future payments that fall upon our teacher’s calendar dates.

Rescheduling is the responsibility of the student and the instructor - availability is reflected in TeacherZone.

If you wish to cancel membership, you must cancel by the 15th of the month. After that, we will assess a $50 convenience fee (for holding your slot to new inquiries).

Russo School of Music asks that all of our in-studio guests respect the need for quiet and calm so that students can concentrate during their lessons.

Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before their lesson begins, and stay no later than 15 minutes after their lesson ends.

We are not responsible for child care - please do not leave your children unattended.

Please be careful and aware of your surroundings at all times. Any lost and found items will be removed within one week.

We assume that you are taking reasonable precautions to avoid injury that may occur inside or outside the studio
